In the period from 11-14 September 2024, Dr Younes Noutfia and Prof. Ewa Ropelewska participated to the VIII School of Biotechnical Systems Engineering conference held in Guzowy Piec. In the frame of this conference, an oral communication: “Predictive modeling of changes in the physicochemical quality of fresh and dried date palm fruit during cold storage” was presented by Prof. Ewa Ropelewska in the name of other contributors: Younes Noutfia, Justyna Szwejda-Grzybowska, Sebastian Siarkowski, Zbigniew Jóźwiak, Krzysztof Rutkowski, Monika Mieszczakowska-Frąc.
This conference was also an opportunity to have two trainings on “Q-MAZDA software as a tool for digital image analysis” and “The Application of Artificial Intelligence in Applied Sciences”.
