Between 10-12 November 2024, dr Younes Noutfia participated to the scientific workshop organized on behalf the 6th Jordan International Date Palm. In this event, dr Younes Noutfia was invited as a keynote speaker to present the study “Infrared drying as a novel and promising technique for improving the quality profile of Mejhoul date fruit based on phenolic compounds, sugar content, image texture-features and visual properties”.
